So you want to get into the pair of “booty short” but you have cellulite poking all over the place. It is this unsightly skin that is preventing you from getting the attention your crave from the opposite sex. Well you need to do something about it and get the lower abs to be lean and tight. Here are just three tips for a “Booty Shorts” body that is not only easy to do but very effective.

First, let’s understand why and how our stomachs muscles become loose and flabby. Muscles tightness is maintained with exercise. When we neglect this activity, the muscle mass reduce with time. People often misinterpret that when we exercise we then to wear the body out. That is absolutely nonsensical and nothing further from the truth.

Maintaining our body to be healthy and strong requires exercise because exercise rejuvenates muscles in the body. When you see someone with the perfect abs, you can be sure that they did not do it just sitting for hours on the couch watching TV. The perfect abs are the result of hours and hours spent in the gym working out with machines and weights. People just do not like to exercise because they think it is boring and hard. This is in a way good because when you do work out, you get very special and perfect abs. If everyone can get it easily then the perfect abs is nothing special and people won’t be craving for it.

Perfect abs and the booty shorts body is not easy to come by. You need to work on the muscles before you can achieve such results. However here are three tips which are very manageable and can give you the ideal results in no time.

First think of exercise as something beneficial to your health not only as a fashion accessory. Although exercising will certainly make you look better, the health benefits would outweigh the looks. If you think about the health benefits, it will keep you working at the routines for the longer term rather than give up once you get the body you want.

Second, besides exercising, you also need to drink lots of water because water is need to nourish and refresh the muscles. Without adequate water in the body, your muscles will be degraded and soon injuries will start to pile up.

Third, repetition is the key to a successful and effective workout. Do each routine at least 12 times with 3 sets per session. If you can achieve this then you should be able to see the results of your new body in about 3 to 4 months. When that happens getting into the pair of booty shorts will not be a problem
